Professor Rajkumar Roy is Director of Manufacturing at Cranfield University, UK and he leads Through-life Engineering Services (TES) research internationally. Based on his working experience from the UK, India and as a fellow of International Production Engineering Academy (CIRP), Professor Roy is passionately developing new manufacturing paradigm to enable communities around the world with the products and services they need and to significantly increase their income. Inclusive Manufacturing Initiative will empower communities and families with new designs of equipment, products which they can make and maintain locally through-life. To exploit new opportunities coming from mobile based networking; innovate technologies and business models are necessary. The paradigm change will involve many people in manufacturing and train them to become a manufacturer within a connected network of co-operatives, this will democratize manufacturing.

Prof. Manoj Kumar Tiwari pursued his research in the domain of Manufacturing systems, Sustainable and resilient supply chain network, Digital product and process platforms to support advanced manufacturing and logistics, evolutionary and intelligent search techniques etc. He has solved several complex problems of real world and provided solutions to the leading Manufacturing and Logistics firms. Prof. Tiwari is serving as an associate editor for several reputed journals like Information Sciences, IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man and Cybernetics: Systems, International Journal of Production Research etc. and his past three decades’ endeavors have earned due recognition through several prestigious awards. Prof. Tiwari developed a unique blend of research and teaching by mentoring students and leading to publication in top-tier journals. Some of his mentored students from not well known colleges and institutions of India are holding a faculty positions in universities like Sunny Buffalo and Kansas University in USA, and Loughborough, Cardiff, Dortmund, Durham, Hull and few others in UK.
Dr. B Ravi Institute Chair Professor, Mechanical Engineering Department, Indian Institute of Technology Bombay
Prof. B. Ravi’s pioneering inter-disciplinary multi-institution translational research pursuits in metal casting and medical device sectors for the past 25 years have enabled several affordable products and accessible services, benefitting associated stakeholders including manufacturers. His ‘Golden Spiral’ philosophy to connect education, research, development and application is reflected in E-Foundry and BETiC (Biomedical Engineering and Technology incubation Centre) cells set up in different institutes. These are inspiring students to pursue core engineering activities and motivating scientists to translate their research for benefitting the society. Prof. Ravi’s thought leadership through governing councils and expert committees of several academic institutions and government agencies is contributing to policy-making, in particular for indigenous product innovation, student entrepreneurship and teacher empowerment.
Dr. P V Madhusudhan Rao Mehra Chair Professor, Department of Mechanical Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi
Dr. P V Madhusudhan Rao is a faculty in Mechanical Engineering Department and serves as Head of Department of Design at IIT Delhi. His teaching and research interests are in product design and manufacturing with special emphasis on design of medical and assistive devices. As a coordinator of innovation center at IIT Delhi, he oversees multiple initiatives for students in the space of design and innovation. He was a guest researcher to US Government's National Institute of Standards & Technology, Maryland multiple times, visiting scientist to Massachusetts Institute of Technology and visiting faculty to Stanford University.

Dr. Stephen Fox is a master craftsman, master of science, and doctor of philosophy. He has twenty-five years of experience in industry, starting as an apprentice. Most relevant to IMF is his research, development, and innovation work focused on enabling production and Prosumption by local people in regions without manufacturing skills and infrastructure.

Dr. Gurmeet Singh has research interest in plant based materials, naturals, and agri-waste and developing technologies, business models and innovations around their conversion to value added products.  He has worked extensively on development of novel & superior beverages, in particular tea that have potential to impact large masses.
Mrs. Sadhana Relia Head, International Cooperation (Multilateral, Regional) Department of Science and Technology, Government of India
Mrs. Sadhana Relia has contributed immensely to policies, strategies, institutional and financial frameworks relating to science and technology, particularly from India's interests. She is proactively fostering G2G dialogue across several governments, regional and multilateral entities, UN system and International Organizations, professional groups and forums (including EU, ASEAN, BRICS, G20, UNESCO, TWAS, ICTP, Carnegie Group, UNCSTD, NAM S&T Centre). She is managing creation of shared values initiatives based on co-investment of resources from India's S&T interests. Her active science diplomacy is instrumental in realizing international collaborative partnerships on research to innovation to business (joint research and technology development projects, exploratory technology missions, empowering young research talent and building innovation corps, strategic research and innovation agenda prioritization workshops, ministerial meetings and round tables on S&T issues of global significance).
