Abstract: For most of us, the mind flit from one topic to another like a humming bird surrounded by bird-feeders. If we can gently nudge down the rate of switching, the space between the thoughts can be enhanced to experience the required silence which in turn can bring numerous benefits in terms of health, efficiency, productivity etc. Meditation is not about turning OFF your mind, rather it is a practice of focus with conscious awareness about the thoughts flow.
The speaker would discuss about what benefits this Meditating minds can bring as well as what is involved in this process, how to learn and apply it more naturally in our daily life.
About the Speaker: Shri Bhaarathe Malliah, is a practicing Raja Yoga Meditator and has been conducting sessions on Meditation, Consciousness, Mind Control, Managing emotions. He has been associated with Brahma Kuimari Organisation He has long years of experience in the domain of R&D and Engineering practice in VLSI and Embedded Systems and served for ISRO as senior scientist at VSSC, Trivandrum. Worked for several organisations and providing consultancy at L&T Technology Services, Bangalore
