International Conclave on eScience and Digital Libraries: Building Communities for Collaboration, (LTC2021)27-30 January 2021,

After a series of pre-conclave webinars and workshops in the last two months, the 5th Library Technology Conclave (LTC2021) is all set for its final conclave program scheduled for January 27-30, 2021. The theme of the Conclave  is – eScience and Digital Libraries.  This four-days conclave  is designed as free webinar series  with six thematic sessions, two sessions each day.  Each session has starts with a keynote to be followed by a panel discussion on the session theme.  The Conclave brings rich knowledge to share from 25 speakers, 12 of them from US, Europe, Singapore and Australia. INAUGURAL FUNCTION:  27th January, 3PM – 5.30 PM

·       Prof. K. Vijay Raghavan, Principal Scientific Advisor to the Government of India will inaugurate the conclave.

·       Prof. Tony Hey, Chief Data Scientist, Science and Technology Facilities Council, UK Research and Innovation, London, will deliver the conclave keynote on eScience and the Digital Libraries.

CASE STUDIED IN INNOVATION

Informatics has instituted an Innovation Award as part of LTC2021.  The program on 30th January will end with this session on Innovation presented by the selected nominees who will presenting their innovations.  The best of innovations selected by the Committee of Juries will receive the Informatics Innovation Award.

 

LTC2021 is jointly organised by four organisations, led by Informatics in association with National Institute for Advanced Studies, Bangalore; Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore and CSIR – Fourth Paradigm Institute., Bangalore.
